Drawing on his recent investigation of disaster relief efforts in New Orleans and Haiti, Stacy Noland will show us how the ongoing relief efforts typically succeed or fail. Haiti, for instance, has been inflicted by a deadly outbreak of cholera as a result of U.N. Peacekeepers who were brought in to help with disaster relief. See info here.
