ROTARY CLUB BENEFITS

- WEEKLY MEETINGS promote strong fellowship and friendship
- SERVICE PROJECTS build a stronger community and may underpin business success, property values, literacy, and other things that make for a better community. Our club distributed 360 dictionaries to third graders at local elementary schools in the past 2 months - a very satisfying project.
- CONTENT OF WEEKLY MEETINGS is of great educational value. Each program features a presenter who's an expert in their field, or who has accomplished something important or interesting in a particular area.
- INTEGRITY REQUIREMENT (The Four-Way Test) may assure that you can trust the people you meet.
- WORLDWIDE NETWORKING - members of Rainier Valley Rotary may attend any meeting of any club, worldwide (over 30,000) and be welcomed as an honored guest.
- LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT - members of small clubs are offered the opportunity to demonstrate leadership qualities, and practice them, and receive coaching. This may include communication skills, team-building skills, toolkit skills like technology and workplace trends. ]
- vocational and networking: One of Rotary's areas of service is "Vocational" service - which covers learning about and promoting "best practices" in all vocations.
